Bitarel Roofing Sealant
TS BY 690590146.016-2016
- to repair all types of roofing, seal seams and cracks in roofing, seal joints, lay roll roofing materials, and provide a vapor barrier in roofing systems;
- to ensure waterproofing protection of building structures (foundations, cellars, piles and other objects that are buried in the ground or come into contact with damp environment);
- to attach roll roofing and waterproofing materials, as well as polymer insulating films, to metal and concrete bases;
- for waterproofing and anticorrosion treatment of metal surfaces, including pipes and car bodies.
How to use: before applying the sealant, dry and clean the surface. Mix the sealant thoroughly. If necessary, dilute the solvent to the desired consistency. The sealant should be applied coat by coat with a brush or a spatula, or poured on and spread. Each next coat should be applied only after the previous one has dried. It is recommended to apply two coats. Temperature range should be -20 °С to +40°С. If the ambient temperature is below 0°С, the sealant must be kept indoors at room temperature for at least 24 hours.
Average consumption: 1.0-1.5 kg/m² per coat. Sealant consumption depends on the number of coats applied.
Packaging: the sealant is supplied in 10, 20 or 50 kg sealed metal containers.
